**Return Policy**

At Dr. Diana Clinic, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please familiarize yourself with our comprehensive return policy outlined below.

**10-Day Return Period:**

Our return policy extends for 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

**Eligibility Criteria for Returns:**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and health/personal care items.

**Receipt or Proof of Purchase:**

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you retain this documentation.

**Refund Process:**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

**Late or Missing Refunds:**

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and bank if necessary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

**Sale Items:**

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected]. You can send your item to: No.32g, Jalan BPS 3, Bandar Prima Senawang, Seremban, 70450, Malaysia.


Please note that items marked as gifts are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will not be eligible for a refund. Similarly, if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will not issue a refund to the gift giver.

**Shipping Information:**

To return your product, mail it to:Klinik Dr Diana, No.32g, Jalan BPS 3, Bandar Prima Senawang, Seremban, 70450, Malaysia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over RM75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
